As I have been saying, the Kardashians are experts when it comes to staying relevant and making it in the headlines. Has there been a day or two where any of the Kardashians was missing in the news? I do not remember because they always find themselves in the blogs and news portals.
The Kardashians made it into the headlines for the 10,000th time — as Kim Kardashian finally hosted the ‘Saturday Night Live’ (SNL) and made fun of her estranged husband, Kanye West, Caitlyn Jenner, O.J Simpson in her open monologue.
Kim Kardashian in her bid to make the audience of the ‘Saturday Night Live’ burst into laughter started with:
“I am Kim Kardashian West, and it was so great to be here tonight. I know, I’m surprised to see me here too. When they asked, I was like, ‘You want me to host, why? I haven’t had a movie premiere in a really long time. Actually, I only had that one movie come out, and no one even told me it was even premiering. It must have slipped my mom’s mind.”
Since the Kardashians are known for plastic surgery, she then cracked a joke about her sisters’ plastic surgery saying:
“I am excited to be here tonight to show you guys that I am so much more than just a pretty face, and good hair, and great makeup, and amazing b***s, and a perfect b*tt. Basically, I’m so much more than that reference photo my sisters showed their plastic surgeons.”
Kim Kardashian didn’t want the audience to mock her in their minds over her family’s obsession with plastic surgery so she had to create a joke about it and make fun of herself and her family. Where was Kris Jenner when Kim cracked that expensive joke on the ‘Saturday Night Live’? She was probably catching some sleep after a long day of directing and ordering the Kardashians around.
After mocking herself and her family over their obsession with plastic surgery, she then heaped some praises on her estranged husband, Kanye West, and let the world know that he is the best rapper of all time and that she is proud of him. Is Kanye West the best rapper of all time? Well, since the Kardashians see things differently probably because of their plastic surgery, I wasn’t surprised Kim said Kanye is the “best rapper of all time”.
Here is what Kim Kardashian said about her strange husband, Kanye West, on the ‘Saturday Night Live’ according to HipHop24x7:
“I married the best rapper of all time. Not only that, he’s the richest Black man in America. A talented legit genius who gave me four incredible kids. So, when I divorced him, you have to know it just came down to one thing, his personality.”
Early on, before hosting the ‘Saturday Night Live’ show, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were papped together coming out of the Ritz Carlton hotel so that explains why she heaped praises on him while hosting the SNL. Kanye might have given Kim some tips for hosting a show and in returning that favor, she had to let the world know he’s the richest Black man in America, the best rapper of all time, and a “legit genius” who blessed with “four incredible kids”.
Celebrities such as Jesse Williams, Chris Rock, Chace Crowford, John Cena, Blake Griffin, and Amy Schumer were all in attendance during a sketch about “The Bachelorette.”
In all, Kim Kardashian put out her best on the night. Mama Kris Jenner must really be proud of her now just that she might not be too happy about the plastic surgery joke on ‘Saturday Night Live’.
