Justin Timberlake And Jennifer Biel Put Up Their Hollywood Hills Home For $35 Million

Justin Timberlake And His Wife, Jennifer Biel, Put Up Their Hollywood Hills Home For $35 Million

Dear Peasants, you can be the new owner of Justin Timberlake and his wife, Jennifer Biel‘s Los Angeles mansion if you’ve got $35 million in your bank account and really interested in owning a home. $35 million isn’t a big deal for the rich celebrities but for us peasants, it’s huge and since we wouldn’t want to put our entire life savings on Justin and Jennifer’s mansion, we will leave it to the rich folks.

People Magazine reports that Justin Timberlake and his wife, Jennifer Biel, are selling their Hollywood Hills home for $35 million and according to a source, they are happy living in Montana and since they rarely spend time in Los Angeles, they are putting it up for grabs.

Architectural Digest reports that Justin and Jennifer’s $35 million Los Angeles mansion has nine bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and four half bathrooms split between the main house and guest house. The mansion also has a screening room, a gym, a guest house, a tennis court, and a big swimming pool and was recently renovated by celebrity interior designer¬†Estee Stanley. So you see, the mansion is worth the price.

Justin Timberlake bought the mansion for $26.7 million in 2002 from Helen Hunt who build the Spanish-styled mansion in the year 2000.

Dlisted reports that it is in this same mansion that Justin Timberlake got punk’d by Ashton Kutcher who managed to get Dax Shepherd to convince the then 21-year-old Justin that Internal Revenue Service (IRS) was seizing his house, his dogs, and possessions over unpaid taxes.

In the video that has probably been wiped off the internet, naive Justin Timberlake burst into tears when he was told that the IRS was seizing his mansion over unpaid taxes. Justin was the first celebrity to get Punk’d. In as much as it was sad for a 21-year-old losing his newly purchased mansion over unpaid taxes, it was also fun as well.

Justin has a lot of memories in that mansion and it could be one of the funniest reasons why he and his wife, Jennifer Biel, have put it up on sale. No time for bad memories. The couple has obviously gotten what they need in their Montana home and wants to make a good investment decision by letting their Los Angeles mansion go for a cool $35 million.

In the coming days, weeks, and months, we will get to know who is next to become the new owner of Justin Timberlake and Jennifer Biel’s Los Angeles mansion. One of the rich celebrities is probably eyeing the mansion and thinking of splashing $35 million to own it.

Congratulations to whoever gets to be the next owner of Justin and Biel’s $35 million mansion.
