Cardi B and her husband, Offset, welcomed their second child in September and she is very grateful to Selena Gomez for the beautiful gift. The ‘WAP’ singer on her Instagram Story this week let everyone see the beautiful gift, Selena gave to her after safely delivering her second child. Cardi B and her newborn baby felt love — all thanks to her friend, Gomez.
In the Instagram Story posted on Instagram by PopCrave, overly-excited Cardi B was heard saying; “I got this beautiful gift basket with this little bear from Selena Gomez. It’s so cute, and it’s got treats for me when, you know, I’m rocking the baby to sleep at night. You know I get hungry in the nighttime. This is so cute. Thank you, Selena Gomez! You’re so adorable”.
Cardi B and Selena Gomez collaborated on the song “Taki Taki” and from all indications, they are still friends and probably have another project coming up. In March 2021, Cardi B hopped on Twitter and let everyone know that she is a big fan of Selena Gomez after the “The Heart Wants What It Wants” singer disclosed in an interview that she is ditching music to focus more on her acting career. So yes, they are friends.
Cardi B on Twitter wrote;
“I don’t think Selena should retire. She makes good music & her fans love her. I think she needs one more Era. An edgy one that no one ever seen her as. I would love to give her some ideas. A bad b*** era is needed tho. A bitch I’m nice sweet girl but I’m a rich bad b*** too.” In another tweet, Cardi described Selena Gomez as a “sweetheart in person.”
Cardi B and her husband, Offset, announced the birth of their son in September with a photo of the couple loved up in the hospital. The overly-excited couple said that their son was already loved so much and that they couldn’t wait to introduce him to other members of their families.
Their statement shared with People Magazine read; “We are so overjoyed to finally meet our son. He is already loved so much by family and friends and we can’t wait to introduce him to his other siblings.”
Cardi B and Offset are currently parents to 3-year-old daughter Kulture Kiari and their newborn son whose name is yet to be made known to the public. Now that the couple is happy about the birth of their son, it’s all good and exciting and probably forgotten about their divorce. Anyway, Cardi B in the wake of the news that she is filing for divorce from Offset made a turnaround with a reason that it’s difficult being alone without a man.
It’s obvious that Cardi B is in love with Offset and ready to make their marriage work. If this marriage doesn’t work, then it’s because of Offset’s cheating behavior. It’s been a while since news of him cheating with another woman hit the web. Well, maybe, he is now a changed man after his wife shook him with divorce papers a few months ago.
